    Cleanup some code and a revamp to the methods.

    Now you can use this as a drop in for dbh and get memd drop in
    replacement for memcache (for set/get only)

    Make Data::Dumper work just like DBI would (except the ref is
    MemcacheDBI).

    If you want to peer Dumper the MemcacheDBI bit then Dumper
    $memd->{'MemcacheDBI'} is what you really want to do.

    Don't die on memd_commit unless there is something to commit This
    helps maintain compatibility with normal DBI before initializing the
    memd side.
