SYNOPSIS

To use, either specify in environment variable:

PERINCI_CMDLINE_PLUGINS='-DisablePlugin,plugins,Foo;/^Bar/'

or in code instantiating Perinci::CmdLine:

my $app = Perinci::CmdLine::Any->new(
    ...
    plugins => [DisablePlugin => {plugins=>["Foo", qr/^Bar/]}],
);
