	 - Added the *optional* constructor parameter 'protocol' where the default value is http
	   as quoted on http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=20977

	   This parameter can also be used in the login function where it is optional as well.

	 - Changed format of $VERSION so CPAN.pm may recognize the version number correctly.
	   You have to 'force install' if you had installed CMS::MediaWiki release 0.80.07.
