  * (26 Jan 2005) removed Makefile.PL

  * (26 Jan 2005) toc_split_after option
  	Now one can use the toc_split_after option to put a ToC
  after, say, the first header in an entry (with a regex like
  '<h1>[^>]+</h1>') without having to have a special ToC tag.
  This is useful for entries which have been converted from text.
