    - Send a path parameter that holds a slash with the slash as it is.  An id
      Linode hands out can hold one: a private image is private/123.
      OpenAPI::Client escaped it as %2F, and Linode's own examples send it
      unescaped.

    - Initial Release
    - Ships Linode's OpenAPI specification, version 4.215.0, from
      linode/linode-api-docs.  It is changed in memory as it loads, where
      following it to the letter would send the wrong request or refuse the
      right one: see "What is changed from OpenAPI::Client" in the POD.
    - The specification is Linode's, under the Apache License 2.0, which ships
      beside it as share/openapi.LICENSE.txt.  The rest is MIT.
