    - Initial Release.  Perl::Tests::Covering says which tests of a
      distribution load a given file, from records of Devel::Cover runs kept
      in a cache, and runs again only the tests whose records are stale.
      bin/tests-covering is the command line, meant for a pre-commit hook.
    - Choose tests by the lines a diff changes, from the lines each test
      ran and where PPI finds each statement: tests_covering_diff, and
      tests-covering --diff.  Choose by sub with tests_covering_sub and
      --sub, and turn the question around with files_covered_by and --by.
    - Run a test with -T or -t on its #! line under taint, as prove does.
    - Compare with Devel::CoverX::Covered in the POD.
