	- Moved to namespace HTTP::OAI
	- Changed all arguments from -style to 'argument'
	- Now uses (in a round-about way) XML::SAX, dropping the requirement for XML::Parser and XML::SAX::PerlSAX
	- Fixed some bugs with the DOM construction code (which also effected toString)
