Make sure the test suite works as expected when @INC does not contain '.' (closes RT #120537, thanks to KENTNL for the report)

Check your test requirements against the available version of Git

To install Test::Requires::Git, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Requires::Git

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Requires::Git
