Changes for version 0.11 - 2023-02-23

Alien::libuuid is now a prerequsite listed in META.json. If it is not needed it will be removed in the configure stage instead of added if it is needed (gh#10)

Universally Unique Identifiers FFI style

To install UUID::FFI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UUID::FFI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UUID::FFI
