 - There have been some problems with my 
   current distrobutions.  Upon this release,
   these problems have been updated tested and
   changed.

   This release will also include a number of new
   supplimental files that have not been included
   in earlier distos.  Included are the following
   (can also refer to the MANIFEST):

 - Added Makefile.PL
 - Added README
 - Added Changes
 - Added test file
 - Added MANIFEST
