Compile it with

$ eyapp -C DebugDynamicResolution4.eyp
$ eyapp -P lastD.eyp

Execute the generated modulino with:

$ ./DebugDynamicResolution4.pm -t -i -m 1 -c 'D;D;D;S;S'
