Changes for version 0.12 - 2013-09-01

a helper for building rulers for visual presentation (in WWW applictions for example)

a piece from cut_off in WWW::Ruler work. An instances of this object are returned from cut_off in WWW::Ruler.

To install WWW::Ruler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Ruler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Ruler
