Bug fixes
- fixed hash randomization problem in test (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=711627#19 by Csillag Tamas <cstamas@cstamas.hu>)
- META.{yaml,json} were missing prereqs
Other changes
- included missing README file
- cleaned up prereqs

Manage configuration files with YAML and variable references.

To install YAML::AppConfig, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm YAML::AppConfig

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install YAML::AppConfig
