a useful "find upper lib" pragma that ascends dirs to include module directories in @INC.

in lib/Acme/ful.pm

To install Acme::ful, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Acme::ful

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Acme::ful
