Changes for version 0.08

Fixed a problem where certain differences would cause corruption later in the traverse_sequences3 output. Reported by Mark Glines.

To install Algorithm::Merge, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Algorithm::Merge

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Algorithm::Merge
