Changes for version 2.040 - 2016-03-13

clean up some code. add items, scores method add (optional) indices to progress arguments add POD for items, get_score, and scores methods

select pairings (designed for Go tournaments, but can be used for anything).

To install Algorithm::Pair::Best2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Algorithm::Pair::Best2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Algorithm::Pair::Best2
