Changes for version 0.001 - 2026-05-27

  • Update CI workflows to use the shared dzil-test composite action from [@Author::GETTY]; removes Test::Pod from cpanfile on-test block (it is now correctly installed as a develop prereq via listdeps --author)
  • Provides libgit2 via pkg-config (system, >= 1.5) or bundled source build (share)
  • Bundles libgit2-1.9.3.tar.gz — no network access required at build time
  • Tested on: Debian bookworm, Alpine 3.19, macOS (Homebrew)
