Disable xmldoc building as it requires minizip which is no longer packaged wfor many OSes

Compile the FreeXL library

To install Alien::freexl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::freexl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::freexl
