Changes for version 0.00003 - 2013-04-18

Apply changes from Nikolay Martynov
- Add ->active/->waiting to examine number of tasks active and waiting
- Add ability to pass provide an external condvar.
- (Internal) change idle to postpone
- Other minor fixes, mainly because the main maintainer was being a bit of a slob (Thank you, Nikolay!)

Simple FIFO Callback Dispatch

To install AnyEvent::FIFO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::FIFO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::FIFO
