Changes for version 0.002

Adding default non-compatible mode which doesn't use AnyEvent::AggressiveIdle which was way too aggressive. (still one test fails :/)

Fusing together AnyEvent and Net::SIP

A timer object for Net::SIP::Dispatcher::AnyEvent

To install AnyEvent::SIP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::SIP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::SIP
