Removed the internal use of lvalue assigments incompatible with the perl-bug #17663 (Perl 5 Debugger doesn't handle properly lvalue sub assignment)

CGI::Builder and Apache/mod_perl (1 and 2) integration

CGI::Builder and Apache/mod_perl2 (new namespace)integration

To install Apache::CGI::Builder, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::CGI::Builder

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::CGI::Builder
