Changes for version 0.19

Fixed broken link to screenshots due to invalid URL
Added code to create admin_log when it doesn't exist. Updated log output messages.
Updated build WebApp version requirements.
Spring cleaning.

Web based admin control panel

To install Apache2::WebApp::Extra::Admin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache2::WebApp::Extra::Admin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache2::WebApp::Extra::Admin
