Changes for version 2.12

Stop adding ./lib to @INC before scanning. It was causing substantial slowdowns on Windows.

Run the pp (PAR Packager) utility while automatically finding dynamic libs to link

To install App::PP::Autolink, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::PP::Autolink

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::PP::Autolink
