[Incompatible change] Rename script from depakable to module-depakable, add prereq-depakable script.

Check whether a module (or modules) is (are) depakable

Check whether prereq (and their recursive prereqs) are depakable

CLI for Module::Depakable

To install App::depakable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::depakable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::depakable
