Changes for version 0.03

Fixed another bug. next method was skipping the first file in every directory. Added test case t/11_dirs_and_files.t.

Tar archives, non memory resident

To install Archive::Tar::Streamed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Archive::Tar::Streamed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Archive::Tar::Streamed
