Changes for version 0.11

Had forgotten to specify Moose dependency in Makefile.PL. Found the issue thanks to reports recieved from CPANTesters over the night.

A convenient wrapper around Config::General

A wrapper around Config::General that provides semsible defaults as well as a stash.

A wrapper around Config::General::Extended with no current additional value other than encapsulation for the moment.

To install Banal::Config, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Banal::Config

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Banal::Config
