Changed Makefile.PL to link to libstaden-read, which was renamed starting from version 1.12.

Perl extension for reading and writting SCF sequence files

in SCF/Arrays.pm

To install Bio::SCF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::SCF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::SCF
