Changes for version 0.03

Changed override sub told to sub said to conform to Bot::BasicBot conventions. Removed unnecessary t/pod-coverage.t test. Updated MANIFEST.

Disconnects from IRC and shuts down bot process gracefully.

To install Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::Shutdown, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::Shutdown

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bot::BasicBot::Pluggable::Module::Shutdown
