Changes for version 0.13

Use explicit 4 digit years when using localtime. This fixes some test failures that started after 2018-12-31 because of date math.

Calculate business hours in a time period

To install Business::Hours, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Business::Hours

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Business::Hours
