flatten - flatten cpan module requirements without install

SYNOPSIS

$ flatten Package::Name

-q, --quiet: be quiet
-v, --verbose: more verbose messages (show core requirements)
--target-perl VERSION: flatten requirements as if your perl version is VERSION
-h, --help: show help
--version: show version

cpanm CPAN::Flatten

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Flatten
