Changes for version 1.21 - 2026-05-29

  • Fix handling of See Also when it is the only entry in the Topic. Eg: TheLanguageGuide.
  • Rewrite some of the JSTree generation code in preparation of the whole re-write.
  • This involves simplifying the output for a while.
