Generation of CPAN metrics using some default settings

Create and maintain a Perl::Metrics database for all of CPAN

To install CPAN::Metrics, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Metrics

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Metrics
