Changes for version 0.02

(I figured that's a better address than -testers or my own address (which I previously had) for the time being. I'll change it to cpan-testers when the module is stable.

Report test results of a package retrieved from CPAN

To install CPAN::Test::Reporter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Test::Reporter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Test::Reporter
