Changes for version 0.03

Added max_size() method to limit # elements. Added front() and back() methods. Added optional parameter to foreach() method. Added test scripts for max_size and threads. Limit calls to memcached to improve performance. Improved documentation.

Implements a priority deque using memcached as storage

To install Cache::Memcached::PDeque, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Cache::Memcached::PDeque

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Cache::Memcached::PDeque
