reverse order that middleware is applied so that it act as Plack::Builder (could be breaking change, FYI)

Enable Plack Middleware via Configuration

To install Catalyst::Plugin::EnableMiddleware, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Plugin::EnableMiddleware

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Plugin::EnableMiddleware
