Switch to using Moose and MRO::Compat rather than NEXT and Class::Accessor::Fast (RT#53862)
Split the TestApp out of the test file.

Per user sessions (instead of per browser sessions).

To install Catalyst::Plugin::Session::PerUser, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Plugin::Session::PerUser

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Plugin::Session::PerUser
