Changes for version 0.04

Renaming to Catalyst::TraitFor::Controller::PermissionCheck, per Catalyst naming conventions.

Provides an opinionated method for verifying permissions on a per-action basis by inspecting the user.

To install Catalyst::TraitFor::Controller::PermissionCheck, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::TraitFor::Controller::PermissionCheck

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::TraitFor::Controller::PermissionCheck
