extend View::TT to process output with PDF::Boxer
morph module into a role so it can be used with any view (as suggested by Tomas Doran)

Runs view output through PDF::Boxer and sets response content-type if not already set.

To install Catalyst::View::PDFBoxer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::View::PDFBoxer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::View::PDFBoxer
