Changes for version 0.13

Tested ok with perl-5.14 RC1 and RC2, add bug fix from team@cpan.org for some perl build flags.

Use best of CHECK or UNITCHECK

To install Check::UnitCheck, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Check::UnitCheck

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Check::UnitCheck
