improved the interface to allow for empty 'marker' interfaces, which play nice with 'use base'
- added a few tests for this

To install Class::Interfaces, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::Interfaces

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::Interfaces
