Interpret special value -1 of COMPLETE_BASH_FZF_ITEMS as terminal height (but terminal width & height are not readable anyway and will fall back to default value of 80 & 25).
[doc] Add tip to set COMPLETE_BASH_FZF_ITEMS to LINES.
