updated crypto_generichash to use sodium_malloc()
removed unused real_crypto_generichash_key XS routine
added support for randombytes_uniform()
added tests for crypto_generichash and company
added tests for randombytes_random() and _uniform()
added crypto_generichash_init(), _update(), and final() to support multi-part hashing
