Update POD to change RT to github.
Reformat Makefile.PL.

Save a hash into a database table

To install DBIx::Hash2Table, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::Hash2Table

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::Hash2Table
