BUG FIX
- tables were not recognized as existing if their names required quoting.
BUILD
- require version of Path::Tiny which provides 'mkdir'. (RT#158697) ++srezic
TEST
- bugfix: pass string rather than Path::Tiny object to 'use lib'; Perl < 5.38 doesn't like objects in @INC which don't have an appropriate method. (RT#158698) ++srezic

To install Data::Record::Serialize::Encode::dbi, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Record::Serialize::Encode::dbi

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::Record::Serialize::Encode::dbi
