Changes for version 0.4

Fixed a typo in t/01-refqueue.t where Data::RefQueue was written as Data::Refqueue. Explicitly defined PL_FILES = {} in Makefile.PL to make older versions of ExtUtils::MakeMaker work with Build.PL.

Queue system based on references and scalars.

To install Data::RefQueue, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::RefQueue

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::RefQueue
