Changes for version 2.06 - 2024-03-07

Fix Mountain Standard Time (Mexico).
Mark Samoa Standard Time and Central Asia Standard Time as known bad time zone for testing until Microsoft releases time zone updates.
Change minimum version of DateTime::TimeZone for testing.

Determine the local system's time zone on Windows

To install DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32
