Changes for version 0.04 - 2015-07-22

Test case fix.
- win32 fix.
- added quotes for perl installed into a path with spaces in it (mohawk2++)

To install Devel::CheckBin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::CheckBin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::CheckBin
