Changes for version 0.14

Fixed bug #101289. Rebuilt the module using my old development machine with Perl 5.10.1 and MakeMaker 6.55_02, rather than Perl 5.18.2 and MakeMaker 6.66 which are on my current machine.

Methods for reading OBD data with an ELM327 module.

To install Device::ELM327, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Device::ELM327

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Device::ELM327
