Changes for version 0.03 - 2017-07-07

Switch from (ab)using InstallTool phase to using AfterBuild phase to do our stuffs, to be compatible with DZP:StaticInstall.

Make sure that xt/author/sql_schema_versioned.t is present

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::EnsureSQLSchemaVersionedTest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::EnsureSQLSchemaVersionedTest

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::EnsureSQLSchemaVersionedTest
