[bugfix] Don't add prereq to Perinci::Sub::XCompletion::* if we can't grok x.completion value (e.g. coderef).

Add prerequisites from Rinci metadata

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs
